Hello, we are Kody, Tiffany, & Barrett! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us and our story.
We are so excited to grow our family through adoption and welcome another precious child into our home. We pray that this gives you a glimpse into our lives and help you make the best choice for your child.
Relationship/Journey
We are high school sweethearts who have been together since the 10th grade. We have one son, Barrett, who was born in 2021. We are ready to become parents again and Barrett is ready to become a big brother! We are excited to grow our family through adoption and hope you will consider us as part of your journey as well.
Why Adoption?
Kody and I have always known we wanted to grow our family through adoption. That has always been a desire we have had. After complications with my pregnancy with Barrett, we knew it was time to explore that option. We have so much room in our hearts and in our home for another child to love!
Home
Both Kody and Tiffany are from Stonewall, LA, and that is where we live now. We live only 5 short minutes from both sets of our parents, who we see on a regular basis along with cousins, aunts, and uncles. We have been preparing a nursery and are ready to welcome our newest addition.
Travel
We love to travel and take vacations together as a family! Our favorites are Disney World, the beach, cruises, and the mountains. We take vacations with both Tiffany’s family and Kody’s family annually. We also enjoy weekend trips to Arkansas to visit friends.
Hobbies
Kody loves playing tennis and Barrett hopes to follow in his daddy’s footsteps very soon! Tiffany enjoys cheering him on as well as cooking, reading, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Pets
We have two small pups, Chipper and Cooper. They enjoy naps, scraps, and tummy rubs, as well as new squeaky toys.
School & Work
Kody and Tiffany both graduated from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). After getting married, Tiffany went to graduate school at LSUS. Kody loves his career as an insurance agent and Tiffany enjoys being a kindergarten teacher at the school we plan for our children to attend.
Tiffany's Extended Family
Tiffany has one younger sister, who has a little boy, and her parents live in a neighborhood only 5 minutes from us. Her mom is a cardiovascular nurse and her dad is a manager at the Paper Mill. They adore their grandchildren and are looking forward to more! Her grandmother lives 10 minutes away, as well as her aunt, uncle, and cousins. We see each other often for family get-together and always for vacations and holiday.
Kody's Extended Family
Kody has one younger brother, who is married and has a little boy. His parents live in the same neighborhood as Tiffany’s parents, only 5 minutes away from us. Kody’s mom is an accountant, and his dad is retired from the family business, a welding shop, that his brother now runs. They are avid pickleball players, but their grandchildren are their pride and joy. His uncle lives in Stonewall as well, and his grandfather lives 15 minutes away. We see each other regularly and always for vacations and holidays.
Family Traditions & Holidays
Our family loves having get-togethers and holidays and birthdays are no exception. We are very involved in our church and love hosting Bible Studies and Life Groups as well as attending events that our church has.
