We want to begin by expressing our gratitude for considering us, Akemi and Darrel, as potential parents for your precious child. We understand that this is an incredibly important decision for you, and we want to assure you that we approach this opportunity with profound respect and love.

Relationship/Journey

We met in March of 2014 on Christian Mingle. We didn’t meet in person until that June when Akemi moved back home. We dated for approximately 9 months when Darrel decided he would pop the question. Without hesitation, Akemi said yes! We got married in May 2015 and have been together since. From the day we were married we began trying to grow our family. Infertility has been an unexpected journey in our lives, one filled with emotional ups and downs, but it has never diminished our longing to become parents. The struggles we have faced have only reinforced our determination, resilience, and deep commitment to creating a nurturing and loving family environment. We believe that the difficulties we have encountered on our path to parenthood have provided us with unique qualities and perspectives that make us well-suited to be the parents a child deserves.
